Campground was very nice. The owners did not respond to their barking nor did the park host. The site was shaded, and a very nice gravel deck area that extended into the woods with a partial view of the lake. We are fans of SC State Parks and frequent many of them. Environment This is a cruisy atmosphere. The park is somewhat well kept although hubby picked up some small trash on our site when we arrived.

Large camp sites and well maintained really hilly and lots of trees and shade hiking trails and a creek if you play golf, they have a golf course take what you need, not much around there. It's private, membership only facility catering primarily to men, although women welcome. Washer did OK but dryer not the best. Roads are a tad narrow but maneuvering into your site isn't to difficult. DeedyFox wrote a review.
Bathrooms are average for a state park. This is one of the best state parks SC has to offer! As an RV campground, it is very basic. The town of Calhoun Falls is only a mile from the campground. Previous Next 1 2 3 4 5 6 …
